Titles

Names your deeds in battle earn you in a world: they add a little strength to land battles, are earned once and are never lost.

How they are earned

Titles come from the ranking's offence and defence points. As your offence points cross certain thresholds you earn the offence chain's titles in turn, and your defence points do the same for the defence chain. Destroy enough of one enemy unit and you become its hunter. Titles are given with the ranking, every fifteen minutes; the bell tells you when one is yours.

The chains

ChainTitles, in orderWhat it gives
OffenceRaider, Conqueror, WarlordAttack in land battles
DefenceWatchman, Shield Wall, BulwarkDefence in land battles
HunterThe hunter of a unit, one for each enemy unitA name only, no strength

How the bonus works

On each chain only your highest title counts; the lower ones stay as names and their bonuses do not add up. Like the percentages research and the gods give, the bonus is added to the attack of an army leaving your city or to the defence of those defending it. It does not reach sea battles. All titles together cannot pass a ceiling; even with the Arsenal's standards, a fresh army still has its chance.

The thresholds, the percentages and how far you are from the next title are shown under Your titles on the Ranking page. You see another player's titles on their player page.

Not for sale

A title is earned only by fighting; it is not given in the shop, by Pro or for Seals. Each world has its own: a title earned in one world does not move to another.

The figures come from the game's own content. Balance updates can move some numbers; the rules themselves are as written here.
